The Police Jury meeting schedule consists of two regular meetings each month, usually on the first and third Thursdays, and committee meetings are held each month, usually on the fourth Thursday. ​

Lake Charles City Council:

Regular meetings generally occur on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month at 5:30 pm. Agenda meetings are generally on Tuesdays prior to Wednesday meetings.​
